Donald Wright

Donald E. Wright was born in Deland, Florida to Arnetra and Albert Wright. Donald served and retired from the United States Army. He loved fishing. He was loved immensely and will be greatly missed. In addition to his parents, Donald was preceded in eternal rest by his siblings, Nathan Cooper, William Cooper, and Christine Wright. He leaves to cherish his many memories: loving wife, Beverly Wright (whom he adored so much), children, James Kearse, Donald (Natalie) Wright, Jr., Ronald (Bridgette) Wright, Richard (Iyiesha)Wright, Michael Wright, Christopher Sanks (Joan Zito), Arnetria Wright, Ebony Wright, Wendell Wright, siblings, George Cooper, Bunnell, Florida; Sarah Ann Thorton, Jacksonville, Florida; Frances Cooper, Albert Wright, Jr., both of St. Augustine, Florida; Marsha Lee, Deland, Florida and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The Wright family will receive friends and the community 5-6 p.m., Friday, November 25, 2022, at St. Paul AME Church, 85 M L King Ave, St. Augustine. A Celebration of Life will be 2 p.m., Saturday, November 26, 2022, at St. Paul AME Church. Interment: Jacksonville National Cemetery.
