Derek Maurice Willis Sr., 33, of Palatka, was born to George Washington and Pamela Willis in Elizabeth City, N.C.

William B. “Bill” Gaines, 82, of Palatka, passed from this life Friday, Dec. 11, 2020, at St. Vincent’s Medical Center Clay following a brief illness.
