Barbara Jean Powell, 85, of Jacksonville and formerly of Palatka, passed away Thursday, Jan. 9, 2020, at Ascension St. Vincent’s Riverside in Jacksonville following an extended illness. 

Flora Mae Bennett, 94, of Palatka, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2020, at Putnam Community Medical Center in Palatka following a brief illness.

Jesse H. James, 80, of Orange Park, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2020, at Solaris HealthCare in Palatka following an extended illness.

Tykey Tivon Nixon, 28, of Crescent City, transitioned from this life to his eternal life Sunday, Jan. 5, 2020, in Crescent City.
