CRESCENT CITY – Despite a constant drizzle and uninspiring weather, Palatka Junior-Senior High still dominated the inaugural Putnam County Spring Football Showcase Friday at Wisnoski Field
Syler Prince of Palatka teamed with Robin Shiver of Mayo to claim the Wolfson VIP first-place prize Friday at Palatka Riverfront.
The haul was not quite as huge as it was on the first day, but Palatka’s Cliff Prince qualified to fish in the Simms Bassmaster Elite at Lake Fork in Quitman, Texas.
This could be the first signs of “normalcy.” But John Raymond Theobold is still monitoring what happens down the road.
