Tropical Storm Elsa swept through North Florida on Wednesday afternoon bringing heavy rain, 50 mph winds and flooding.
Government offices reopened and court proceedings resumed today after Tropical Storm Elsa prompted closures throughout the county Wednesday.
Tropical Storm Elsa’s arrival caused some Putnam County residents to be without power Wednesday, but they weren’t in the dark for too long.
CRESCENT CITY – Temporary city closures because of this week’s tropical weather will not disrupt tonight’s city commission meeting, where progress could be made toward finding a new city manager.
