Putnam County coronavirus cases soared past 400 Thursday as health officials reported 52 new cases, but county face mask requirements have not yet been mandated.
The Putnam County Board of Commissioners passed a motion in a 4-1 vote Thursday to hire a CARES Act consultant to help manage the millions of dollars the county will receive.
