Matthew Fox Pace died peacefully at home surrounded by his family Oct. 11, 2019, in Palatka at the age of 50.

Lillian McMillan Brinson, 83, of Albany, Ga., longtime Palatka resident, peacefully entered the sunset of life Saturday, Oct. 12, 2019, in Albany surrounded by her family.

Mary Ellen Foster, 86, of Palm Coast, entered the sunset of life Saturday, Oct. 12, 2019, at AdventHealth Stuart F. Meyer Hospice Care Center of Palm Coast. 

Preston Douglas Hardin, 76, of Hastings, passed away Sunday, Oct. 13, 2019, at Diamond Assisted Living Facility in Green Cove Springs following an extended illness.

Mr. Louis Howell Jr. “Red” of Palatka, a retired truck driver with the city of Palatka, transitioned into eternity Friday, Oct. 11, 2019, at his residence.

George Arthur Lapiene, 85, of Crescent City, passed away at his home Friday afternoon, Oct. 10. 2019.

Lofton Eugene Prince, 78, of Francis, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2019, at his home following an extended illness. 

Caroldene M. “Carole” Middlebrook, 88, of Bostwick, passed peacefully Oct. 7, 2019.
