Despite social media posts claiming County Road 310 will be closing this weekend, that is not the case, according to Putnam County officials.
The road will close to local traffic at the bridge at Lake Ocklawaha and Deep Creek on Wednesday, County Commissioner Larry Harvey said on social media.
Detours will be directed to State Road 20, he stated.
"Stay tuned for announcements from the county and school system," Harvey added
