Alice Mae Dickison

 

Alice Mae Dickison was born on December 18, 1974, in Palatka, Florida to the late Fred and Lucile Dickison. She attended St. Johns County public school district. Alice is a 2016 honors graduate from Bethune Cookman University. She was a preschool teacher for over 20 years. She was known by many to be a loving, sweet, soft spoken, and quiet person.

Alice would reach out to help anyone who was in need. She will be deeply missed.

She leaves to cherish her memories: siblings, Freda Partello, Loretta Moses (Clarence), Joyce Dickison (Kevin), James Kaiser, Horace Kaiser, Rosa Dixon, Sharon Dickson, Anglie Dickson, Australlia Campbell, Katherleen Baker, Charlene Dickson, Tony Baker, Fred Dickson, Marquise Fuce, Carla Vickers; special niece, Mekisha (James) Oxendine; uncles, Willie (Alecia) Harvey, Earl Battles, Jimmie Battles; aunt, Mag McCloud; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The Dickison family received friends and the community 5-7 p.m. Friday, December 2, 2022, at the Felix Coleman Memorial Chapel. A Celebration of Life will be 11 a.m., Saturday, December 3, 2022 (today), at The Lord’s Temple, Hastings, Bishop Thomas Cave III, Pastor. Christopher T. Coleman, Pastor of Light of Light Worship Ministries, will bring the Words of Comfort.

Interment will be held in Pattersonville Cemetery.
