Jane A. Palmer

Jane A. Palmer of Interlachen, Florida, passed away on Tuesday, November 8, 2022. 

Jane was born in Abingdon, Virginia, on November 5, 1957, to the late Charles C. McClung and Peggy G. McClung. Jane proudly served in the Postal Service for 32 years retiring as a Postmaster. In retirement Jane began working in real estate where she was loved by many.

She is survived in life by her loving husband of 42 years, John G. Palmer of Interlachen, Florida; sons: John N. Palmer and wife, Jennifer, of Interlachen, Florida, James D. Palmer and wife, Krystal, of Green Cove Springs, Florida, Joel A. Palmer and wife, Mary, of Interlachen, Florida; grandson, T.J. Palmer and wife, Desi, of St. Augustine, Florida; granddaughter, Lauren Sweat and husband, Jason, of Interlachen, Florida and granddaughter, Adalyn Palmer of Green Cove Springs; brothers, Charles McClung of Oceanside, California, and James McClung of San Mateo, Florida.

Services will be announced at a later date. 

Watts Funeral Home and Cremation Center is in charge of the arrangements. 

Craig Funeral Home of St. Augustine is in charge of arrangements.
