Pamela Louise Rose, 64, of Palatka, Florida, passed after a brief illness October 21.

A lifelong resident of Palatka and a 1976 graduate of Palatka South, she made her career at the Pennysaver affectionately known as “Pennysaver Pam” for 25 years.

She was an avid fisherwoman, canner, as well as thrifter and crafter.

She is proceeded in death by her parents, Jo Anne and Bobby Fair; and her husband and companion, Donald Rose.

She is survived by her daughters, Stephanie Fishburn (Chris) and Donna Rose Smart (Sebastian); and stepson, Marc Rose; her grandchildren, Autumn Vance, Sophia Fishburn, Charlie Fishburn and Elliot Smart; her brothers, Andrew Fair (Beth), Jeffrey Fair (Janet); and sister, Michelle Hilliker (Michael); as well as many niece and nephews.

A memorial will be held Novermber 13 from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Woman’s Club of Palatka.
