As part of the city of Palatka’s Boo on the Avenue on Halloween, some downtown businesses are participating in the Halloween Window Display Contest.
The state Department of Revenue recently reopened child support services offices in Palatka.
The office is located in the Palatka Mall, 400 N. State Road 19, Suite 33.

Halloween is right around the corner, and children of Putnam County will be trick-or-treating.
