PORT ORANGE – Manufacturing runs was hard to come by toward the end of the season for the Palatka High baseball team and it proved to be the major reason why its season came to an end Thursday.
For Jarimy Passmore and his assistant coaches, it has been a season of developing young track and field talent and getting the most out of them, especially a year after over half a season was wiped

The sailing was smooth for the Crescent City High School softball team. The Raiders scored a run in the top of the third inning when Aniya Hardy tripled and scored on a wild pitch.

CRESCENT CITY – Seventeen runs later and the Crescent City High School baseball team secured its first state playoff berth since 2015 following a 17-2 blowout of visiting Wildwood on Tuesday night.
The Palatka High School softball team had two outs to go to move on to the District 5-3A championship.
Host and second seed Ocala Trinity Catholic had other plans.
