As Hurricane Ian threatens Putnam County, some events have been postponed or canceled until further notice.
Authorities early Monday morning arrested a Palatka man accused of driving a vehicle containing more than 250 grams of drugs.
A storm surge watch and tropical storm watch are in effect in parts of Putnam County as officials are advising residents in at-risk areas to evacuate before Hurricane Ian arrives.
